Skinkind handmade soaps are made with 100% Olive oil, natural essential oils and dried botanicals. Our soaps are long lasting and exceptionally mild. Olive oil soap is absorbed by and attracts moisture to the skin, while its density makes it especially long lasting.

We have recently added Clothesline Laundry Soap (made with Canadian Sunflower Oil and non-GMO Canola oil) to our line of products.

Our selection of Pure Olive Oil Soaps include:

Lavender- Scented with essential oil of lavender. It has antiseptic, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and restorative effects on the skin.

Peppermint- Scented with essential oil of peppermint. It has antiseptic, antibacterial and cooling properties that help to nourish the skin.

French Clay-This unscented soap is packed with super fine French clay( rich in essential minerals and trace elements) that has a deep cleansing action, removes dead skin, absorbs impurities and excess oils.

Oatmeal-This unscented soap provides a combination of exfoliation, cleansing, moisturizing, soothing and protection for the skin. Combined with the moisturizing effects of olive oil, oatmeal is an effective way to treat dry skin.

Calendula-This unscented soap provides a combination of exfoliation, cleansing, moisturizing, soothing and protection for the skin. Combined with the moisturizing effects of olive oil, oatmeal is an effective way to treat dry skin.

Patchouli-Scented with patchouli essential oil. The astringent action of patchouli tones and revitalizes the skin. It's antiseptic action helps to cool down inflamed skin. It also helps to repair dry, cracked and sensitive skin.

Cinnamon-Scented with cinnamon essential oil. The strong anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and antiseptic properties found in cinnamon make this a superior cleansing soap.

Skinkind Olive Oil Soap Company has had a continuous weekly presence at the Saturday Market (312-1496 lower Water Street, Halifax NS) since 1994 and is a member of the Halifax Brewery Farmers Market Co-op. Our products are only available at the market but we are able to ship orders upon request.
